No, you can pickup your orders directly at our Farm.
We will be in contact with you continuously and have scheduled pickup times once we pickup from the butcher.
Typically pickup times are between 4pm and 7pm
Once the animal is at the butcher, we will schedule a time or you can download our Cut Sheets, for you to let us know cuts that you do or do not want and any special requests that you may have.
We have a Cut Sheet that we will share with our butcher so you don't have to contact them separately!
Both Beef and Pork typically take about 2-6 months, sometimes sooner.
We only take in animals in Spring through Fall months. Nothing in the winter months.
If interested in getting scheduled, please get in touch and we'll be able to provide a more detailed date for our next scheduled run.
You will be charged based on the hanging weight of the animal. The actual billing/hanging weight of the animal will be different from the actual amount of Meat that you will receive.
For Beef it's typically 65% of hanging weight
For Pork it's typically 55% of hanging weight
These percentages are due to bone removal and excess fat trim.
Our flat charge includes all of the butcher processing fees.
We accept Cash, Check, Venmo and a various other forms of payment.
Payment is due once you pick up meat
Throughout the summer months we are busy cutting and bailing hay in preparation for the winter months. We feed them typically 1-2 times per day during the winter months.
